Daily inspections and maintenance
We will explain how to perform daily inspections and maintenance of ESTERI products, as well as periodic replacement parts.
Daily inspection and maintenance of autoclave/retort sterilizers
Daily inspections and maintenance allow you to spot changes as early as possible, preventing malfunctions before they occur and ensuring safe use.
This article describes the autoclave/retort sterilizer for ESTERI products in three phases: daily, weekly, and monthly.

Daily sterile water change
If water is not replaced, contaminated water in culture media and other materials can accelerate metal corrosion in the equipment, leading to malfunctions such as steam leaks and electrical leakage. These can be controlled by changing the water daily.

Monthly cleaning of cans and phthalapakins
This is the liver area used to seal the chamber. Steam leaks occur due to deterioration over time caused by foreign objects or dirt. Wipe the opening and packing with a soft cloth soaked in ethanol.

Check the power supply every month
Dust buildup at the power plug can cause a fire. Removes and cleans dust and dirt.

Annual regular self-inspection
Annual inspections are required by law. ( Periodic voluntary inspection guidelines and records )
