Wire mesh basket

Please select based on the size of the sterilized items. In that case, please pay attention to the diameter and effective height of the can body.

Sterile container

Use sterile containers to sterilize large quantities of liquids, viscous substances, or soil.

However, unlike wire mesh baskets, when used in layers, they trap air in the lower container, resulting in poor sterilization. Always use only one.

※Stable table models (EAS-12, EAS-12) cannot use sterile containers. Use the bottom storage dish for any treatment that may result in liquid loss.

Kago bottom storage dish

Sterilizing waste materials such as used petri dishes can contaminate equipment by spilling molten liquid.

To prevent equipment failure due to this, it can be stored in the bottom of a wire mesh basket to receive any spilled liquid.

Option

Data storage function

This feature allows you to store driving data in the data storage built into the device and retrieve it using USB memory, allowing you to manage the data on your PC.
Under standard conditions (121℃, 20 minutes, 10-second sampling cycle), approximately 1000 cycles of data can be stored.

This set includes specialized software that allows you to extract and analyze data, export CSV files, and more.

Product temperature sensor

Sterilized materials such as liquids and solids do not transfer heat well and reach the sterilization temperature later than the displayed temperature. This is called 『sterilization time lag』.

By using a product temperature sensor, you can check the temperature of the center or vicinity of sterilized items such as liquids.

Furthermore, by connecting the product temperature sensor to the microcontroller and setting it to product temperature operation mode, it becomes possible to start the sterilization timer using the product temperature sensor, enabling more reliable sterilization.

In addition to operating information, process transitions, and error information, control temperature, product temperature (※1), and pressure (※2) are printed on thermal paper at regular intervals. This data output method is effective in environments where digital media such as PCs are not available.

Automatic water supply (with preheat function)

Eliminate the need to check water levels and manually replenish water at every operation, and start operation after automatically replenishing the water level to the correct level from the water tap at the start.

The preheat function reduces operating time by preheating the product before storing it.
