EHS-648

Dry heat sterilization faster.

A dry heat sterilizer with a maximum temperature of 260℃ that supports endotoxin inactivation.

By employing a high-power heater and a hot air circulation system, the heating time and temperature stability are minimized.

Reducing processing time will help you streamline your sterilization operations.

Maximum temperature 260℃, hot air circulation type

Maximum temperature can be set up to 260℃. The hot air circulation system provides excellent temperature distribution accuracy.
Furthermore, since the lower limit temperature is 50℃, it can be used for drying and heat treatment of various samples.

Slower sterilization time

The newly adopted high-power heater allows for faster heating speed and shorter processing time compared to previous models

Large capacity wide opening

It features a large-capacity tank and a wide opening for easy access.

Fixed-value operation and programmed operation

In addition to fixed-value operation, it also comes with a program operation function with up to 8 steps

Customization for GMP/GLP support is possible

By incorporating recorders and temperature sensors for recording the temperature inside the tank, it can be adapted for GMP/GLP management applications. ( Custom orders and inquiries required)

Pyrogen-free with up to 260℃

The high temperature setting of up to 260℃ ensures pyrogen-free treatment, starting with endotoxin inactivation.
Endotoxins cannot be removed by conventional moist heat sterilization, making high-temperature dry heat treatment crucial for instruments, containers, and components that require pyrogen-free treatment.
This unit is optimized for high-temperature, dry heat treatment of glass and metal instruments, providing strong support for the processing process.

Fast temperature rise, fast temperature stabilization in the tank

In dry heat sterilization, the simple rate of temperature rise to the set temperature and the rapid uniformity of the temperature inside the tank directly contribute to the overall efficiency of the sterilization process.
The EHS series offers increased heater output compared to conventional models, and a revised hot air circulation system enables rapid temperature stabilization within the tank.
Driving time has been reduced compared to previous models.

Wide-type, highly workable intermediate column-less structure

It has a wide structure that makes use of a wide opening.
The design emphasizes ease of loading and unloading large or multiple samples, and also emphasizes ease of use in large tanks.

Easy switching: Fixed-value operation and programmed operation

You can easily switch from fixed-value operation to programmed operation with a maximum temperature and time setting of 8 steps. Programmed operation can be used for multiple purposes, such as processing a set temperature and time in one step, or when you want to heat up in stages.

GMP/GLP compatible specifications

GMP requires reliable monitoring and recording of temperature and time during the sterilization process.
ESTERI supports the addition of recorders and temperature sensors, allowing for constant monitoring and recording of the interior temperature.
By accurately understanding driving conditions and obtaining highly reliable data, we contribute to strengthening quality control.

Temperature overflow prevention device

Two anti-over-the-top devices prevent accidents.

  • If the tank temperature becomes abnormal, an alarm will sound. If the operating tank temperature becomes abnormal, an alarm will sound and operation will begin
  • If the temperature regulator fails and becomes uncontrollable, an independent anti-overrise device separate from the control circuit will activate and an alarm will sound to stop operation.

Sensor anomaly detection

An alarm will sound and stop operation if the temperature sensor fails.
Instruments crucial for temperature control prevent equipment from running out of control.

Heater break detection

An alarm will sound and stop operation when the current level drops due to a broken heater or other reason.

Fan motor malfunction

If a malfunction occurs in the blower motor, the motor and temperature control will stop and the heater circuit will be shut off, preventing the risk of fire and other hazards.

Ground fault breaker

Senses a power leakage in the equipment and turns off the main power supply.
The electrical circuit is shut off, preventing the user from being electrocuted.
