ESS-D Series
ESTERI standard model ESS series comes with drying function
The ESS series, the standard model of ESTERI, is a standard model developed with the aim of "faster."
This series, which also has a drying function, allows you to sterilize and dry the equipment after cleaning with this single unit.
It does not need to be removed in a damp state, allowing for hygienic use and suppressing bacterial growth.
This versatile model offers a wide range of applications while maintaining the sterilization performance of liquids.

Reduced driving time
Driving time has been reduced.
By optimizing the heating and cooling processes, we achieved an operating time reduction of over 30% compared to conventional models.
This will significantly improve work efficiency.
Air drying function
Fully automatic air-drying for a hygienic environment.
After sterilization, the hot water in the can is automatically discharged and air-dried. You can remove metal and glassware from the container while it's still dry.
If additional drying is required, you can also select the "Drying" mode, which only performs drying.
Data storage function (optional)
Easily manage your daily tasks.
By quantitatively visualizing sterilization operation using a PC (settings, temperature, time, errors, etc.), daily sterilization management becomes easier.

Intuitive and easy operation
With minimal keys and process indications, it can be set with simple key operations.
The last program used is saved, so if you want to sterilize the same item repeatedly, it's easy to just press the start key.
Safety measures with footer interlock
We will protect the safety of users.
It is equipped with a safety device that prevents the phthalock from being released until the temperature drops to a safe level after sterilization is complete.
Other options
-
Product temperature sensor :
It can measure the temperature of the sterilizer center and can also be used as a sterilization timer start. -
Printer:
You can print driving data onto thermal paper. -
Highland specifications:
It cannot be used according to standard specifications in areas above 1000m above sea level.
The specifications need to be changed to match the altitude.
Reduced driving time
Is the sterilization process becoming a bottleneck.
This could solve problems such as the need to increase the number of operations per day due to the high volume of processing, or long waiting times for sterilization.
The success or failure of sterilization depends on temperature and time. While this cannot be shortened, the total operating time can be reduced if the temperature rise time and cooling time before removal are shortened.
With this in mind, we increased the capacity of the heater for heating and the fan for cooling, each of which achieved a time reduction of over 30%. ( Compared to our company)

Data storage function (optional)
Poor sterilization has a significant impact on subsequent inspections and evaluations.
To prevent this, BI (biological indicator) and CI (chemical indicator) are used to check whether sterilization is possible, but the increased costs associated with these are unavoidable.
The data storage feature makes daily management easy by reviewing and storing daily driving data on your PC, reducing running costs such as BI and CI.
Furthermore, by using it in conjunction with a product temperature sensor (optional), the central temperature of the sterilized items (the area least likely to be sterilized) can be measured, and the required sterilization time can be determined numerically, making it effective for reliably calculating sterilization conditions.

Drying function
Since autoclaves are treated with water vapor, after sterilization, they become wetted by the water-dropted vapor. If equipment and other items are stored as they are, they will create a contaminated environment due to the growth of bacteria caused by moisture.
With this series, you can dry it without removing it while it's wet, so you can safely remove it while it's dry.
Clean, dry air is pushed into the can using a disinfectant filter and a wind pump. A heater attached to the outer circumference of the chamber vaporizes the moisture inside the chamber, pushing the moisture from the sterilizer outwards.
Suitable for drying stainless steel and glassware.
However, it cannot dry filters that absorb moisture, long tubes that are difficult to remove, case-shaped instruments, or instruments in sterile bags.
In that case, EFV Series Please select this option.

Product temperature sensor (optional)
Have you ever struggled with setting a sterilization timer?
Sterilized materials such as liquids and solids do not transfer heat well and reach the sterilization temperature later than the displayed temperature. This is called 『sterilization time lag』.
With a product temperature sensor, a timer is started when the sterilized items reach temperature, efficiently maintaining the effective sterilization time and ensuring safe and reliable sterilization.

1. Sterilization

This is a sterilization-only pattern. It is commonly used in liquids, appliances, etc.
● Heating →sterilization→ Cooling
The shortest possible processing time is achieved through a simple process.
When sterilizing instruments and other equipment, setting it to "EXHAUST" allows it to automatically exhaust after sterilization and rapidly reduce the pressure, further shortening the cooling process.
2. Sterilization – Keep warm

The sterilized liquid culture medium can be stored at room temperature without solidifying.
● Heating →sterilization→ Cooling →keep warm (40~60℃)
Keeping the medium warm at 40 ~60℃ after sterilization prevents it from solidifying, allowing for efficient operation without interruption of subsequent dispensing.
3. Dissolution – Keep warm

It is primarily used to dissolve sterile, jelly-like culture media.
● Heating → Melting (40~99℃) → Cooling → Keeping warm (40~60℃)
Dissolution can be set in a temperature range of 40 ~99℃, so it can also be used for simple boiling disinfection. Furthermore, by pre-running this process using a calendar timer and keeping the equipment warm, sterilization operation time can be reduced.
4. Sterilization – Drying

This is a pattern in which instruments are sterilized and then dried.
● Heating → sterilization → draining → drying
It dries without being sterilized and then removed, allowing for a hygienic environment.
5. Drying

This process involves drying only.
After operation is complete, it will be used as an aid in case of insufficient drying.
Footer interlock function
It locks securely with the simple operation of tightening the foot and sliding the lever. If the slide is insufficient, an alarm will sound and will not activate.
It stays securely in place while driving and does not release until the temperature drops, preventing burns such as bursting.

Air-burning prevention device
If there is a water shortage, an alarm will sound and the system will automatically shut off.
This prevents overheating due to dry lighting and ensures the safety of the equipment and its users.

Temperature over-rising/over-pressure prevention device
An alarm will sound and heating will stop if the can temperature exceeds the set temperature and pressure while driving.
This can easily occur if too much sterile material is packed into the container.

Sensor break detection
An alarm will sound and stop operation if the temperature sensor fails.
Instruments crucial for temperature control prevent equipment from running out of control.

Ground fault breaker
Senses a power leakage in the equipment and turns off the main power supply.
It activates in the event of a water leak or electrical component failure, preventing electric shock to the user.
Pressure safety valve
It prevents the pressure from rising by allowing steam from inside the can to escape when the pressure rises to an abnormal level. This is a dual safety device that activates in the unlikely event that the electrical safety device malfunctions and the equipment goes out of control.
Data Storage

This is a management system that allows you to import data into your PC via USB memory connection. Under standard conditions (121℃, 20 minutes, 10 seconds sampling cycle), approximately 1000 cycles of data can be stored.

Product temperature mode operation
The core temperature of the sterilized material rises later than the temperature of the can body. For example, 1 liter of liquid needs to reach 121℃ 10 minutes after the device reaches 121℃.
By positioning the tip of the product temperature sensor at the center of the liquid, not only can the liquid temperature be monitored, but "product temperature mode operation" is also possible, in which the timer starts counting down when the liquid reaches the set temperature.
This ensures that multiple types of sterilization under different conditions can be performed.
printer
Automatic printing will begin as soon as operation starts, and the process will be recorded, including the timing of sterilization timer operation. By automatically completing the printing process at the end of operation, the sterilization process is visualized accurately and effortlessly, contributing to more efficient and reliable record management.

Highland specification (over 1000m)
At high altitudes, a decrease in air pressure can lower the boiling point of water, which can affect the temperature and pressure control of the autoclave.
This series allows for setting changes depending on altitude conditions, ensuring proper sterilization conditions even in high-altitude environments and achieving stable operation.

Wire mesh basket

Do not place sterile materials directly into the can body. This not only causes malfunctions but also leads to serious accidents.
Be sure to place the sterile material in the wire mesh basket.
This series comes standard with the following wire mesh baskets:
To sterilize liquids, place the container in a wire mesh basket or purchase a sterile container (accessory) sold separately.
