Reduced driving time (ENS-50)

Is the sterilization process becoming a bottleneck.
This could solve problems such as the need to increase the number of operations per day due to the high volume of processing, or long waiting times for sterilization.
The success or failure of sterilization depends on temperature and time. While this cannot be shortened, the total operating time can be reduced if the temperature rise time and cooling time before removal are shortened.
With this in mind, we increased the capacity of the heater for heating and the fan for cooling, achieving a 30% time reduction each. ( Compared to our company)

Once you set the sterilization temperature and time using the temperature regulator, it's easy to operate by simply pressing START/STOP.
It can be used for various sterilization methods.
For example, for the preparation of sterile water, liquid media such as LB medium, NB medium, TSB medium, BHI medium, and EC broth, buffer solutions, physiological saline, and other materials, as well as for the sterilization of liquid samples.
For sterilizing glassware such as test tubes, beakers, and flasks.
For sterilizing metal instruments such as tweezers, scissors, spatulas, and wire loops.
It can also be used for sterilizing waste materials such as used petri dishes and simple film-like culture media.

Overpressure prevention function

An alarm will sound and stop heating if the can temperature exceeds the set pressure while driving.
This can easily occur if too much sterile material is packed into the container.

Sensor break detection

An alarm will sound and stop operation if the temperature sensor fails.
Instruments crucial for temperature control prevent equipment from running out of control.

Anti-firing function

If there is a water shortage, an alarm will sound and the system will automatically shut off.
This prevents overheating due to dry lighting and ensures the safety of the equipment and its users.

Safety Breaker

Turns the main power supply off when the equipment's electrical circuit is shorted out.
It prevents other malfunctions caused by short circuits.

Pressure safety valve

It prevents the pressure from rising by allowing steam from inside the can to escape when the pressure rises to an abnormal level. This is a dual safety device that activates in the unlikely event that the overpressure prevention device malfunctions and the equipment goes out of control.

High altitude support (altitude 1000m or more)

At high altitudes, a decrease in air pressure can lower the boiling point of water, which can affect the temperature and pressure control of the autoclave.
This series allows for setting changes depending on altitude conditions, ensuring proper sterilization conditions even in high-altitude environments and achieving stable operation.

Wire mesh basket

Do not place sterile materials directly into the can body. This not only causes malfunctions but also leads to serious accidents. Be sure to place the sterile material in the wire mesh basket.

This series comes standard with the following wire mesh baskets:
To sterilize liquids, place the container in a wire mesh basket or purchase a sterile container (accessory) sold separately.

Kago bottom storage dish

Sterilizing waste materials such as used petri dishes can contaminate equipment by spilling molten liquid.
To prevent equipment failure due to this, you can store the liquid in the bottom of the wire mesh basket and take it in.

Sterile container

When sterilizing large amounts of liquids, viscous substances, or soil,
