We are preparing.

What is a regular voluntary inspection?

Regular self-inspection means that customers using the device regularly check the condition of the device and record whether there are any abnormalities.
Mainly check for damage to the exterior, deterioration of packing and piping, temperature and pressure indicators, and operation of safety devices.
This allows for early detection of anomalies that could lead to malfunctions or accidents, preventing problems before they occur.
Depending on the equipment category, such as autoclaves or large dryers, there are some models that require regular voluntary inspections and record keeping in accordance with the law.
We also recommend that non-target equipment be inspected once a year to maintain safety and prevent problems.

In the middle of this section, we will provide you with a periodic self-inspection schedule and records (PDF) for each model.
From here, we will explain how to choose and use it.

Why regular voluntary inspections are necessary

So why is a self-inspection necessary. The following two points will be raised in broad terms:
In particular, managing inspection history (maintenance history) is an important element not only for compliance with laws and regulations but also for ensuring the long-term use of the equipment.

safety ・Stability For operation

Devices that handle high temperatures and pressures, and devices that handle electricity, always carry the risk of burns and electric shock due to abnormal occurrences. To prevent these accidents, the equipment is equipped with various safety devices. However, since safety devices are still machines, they are not immune to deterioration and malfunctions. Regularly checking the safety equipment for normal operation helps maintain safety.
Furthermore, by checking the operating status of structures and mechanisms that are important for maintaining the performance of devices such as lid and door opening and closing mechanisms, pressure vessels, packings, valves, piping, and temperature regulators, it is possible to prevent unexpected stoppages or performance degradation.

For record keeping

By understanding the status of equipment from past inspection records, it becomes possible to take preventative measures such as regularly replacing parts. Autoclaves and large dryers are required to undergo regular voluntary inspections at least once a year and to maintain records for three years, in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act and related implementing ordinances. For more details, please see the explanation of the relevant laws and regulations.

If an abnormality is found

If an abnormality (marked with ×) is found during a voluntary inspection, repair is generally required. If you would like to request a repair, please contact us with the following information:

1. Model and serial number

It is printed on the nameplate affixed to the front of the device.

2. Details of the requested work

Please contact us if you would like to have the work repaired or inspected. If you have any symptoms that bother you..

①What symptoms were present
②When (e.g., immediately after starting, while driving, etc.)
③What is processed

Please provide more detailed information.
