ECO Series

High temperature processing possible in a clean environment

In life sciences, where high quality is required, and in the field of chemical analysis, even a small amount of contact has a significant impact on quality and test reliability.

The ECO series uses high-performance HEPA filters to achieve heat treatment in a clean environment, minimizing the risk of contamination.

Furthermore, it boasts excellent heat treatment performance, supporting temperatures up to 300℃, and its applications extend beyond dry heat sterilization.

It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including pyrogen-free, annealing of resin and aluminum die-cast products, and drying in the semiconductor field.

High temperature compatible

Up to 300℃ can be processed.
Pyrogen-free methods, such as inactivating endotoxins, are possible, not just for dry heat sterilization.

Equipped with HEPA filter

The high-performance HEPA filter ensures a stable cleaning level equivalent to Grade A (ISO Class 5) inside the cabinet.

Annealing

With a processing capacity of up to 300℃, it can be used for heat treatment of super emplas and aluminum die-cast products such as PEEK materials and PPS, with the expectation of internal stress removal and dimensional stability.

Can also be used as a storage facility

The cleaning level of the storage unit is maintained even when the equipment is not in operation, allowing samples to be stored clean even after heat treatment.

Temperature gradient control

The controllable heating speed allows for gradual heating, which prevents damage to the sample and contributes to uniformity of quality in response to changes in processing volume.

High temperature compatible

Inactivating endotoxins requires a temperature that cannot be reached at typical sterilization temperatures “high temperature range”.
The ECO series allows for temperature control up to 300℃, enabling not only dry heat sterilization but also processes that go as far as creating a pyrogen-free environment.
The design aims to achieve thermal permeability, temperature uniformity, and reproducibility at high temperatures, ensuring “sterilization” and “endotoxin inactivation” of glassware and metal parts.

Equipped with HEPA filter

Are tiny contaminants during processing affecting the analysis results?
In high-temperature environments, even small amounts of suspended particles or re-adhesive contact will affect the results.
Especially in cleanrooms, it is essential to design the equipment itself so that it does not become a “source of contamination”.
The ECO series is equipped with high-performance HEPA filters and maintains an internal grade A (ISO class 5) equivalent.
Maintaining a stable cleanliness during processing reduces disturbances and supports a highly reproducible process.

Annealing

Are you worried about warping or dimensional variations after molding?
Super Empla (PEEK/PPS) and aluminum die-cast products used in automotive parts and other applications induce deformation and cracking due to residual stress.
The ECO series enables annealing in a clean environment with a maximum capacity of 300℃, eliminating internal stress. It contributes to improved dimensional stability and machining accuracy.

Temperature gradient control

Changes in heating time due to differences in processing volume can lead to variations in quality.
The heating speed is precisely controlled to suppress heat shock caused by sudden temperature changes.
Furthermore, a stable temperature rise profile enhances reproducibility and contributes to uniformity of quality.

Temperature overflow prevention device

The temperature indicator regulator monitors the temperature inside the storage unit and automatically shuts it down if it becomes abnormally high, protecting the samples inside the storage unit.

Independent anti-over-the-top device

In the unlikely event that the device becomes uncontrollable, it will automatically shut down once the set temperature is reached, ensuring the user's safety from the risk of fire or other hazards.

Door switch

If you open the door while driving, the heater circuit will automatically shut off.
We ensure the safety of workers and also take into consideration the installation environment by reducing the rise in room temperature.

Ground fault breaker

Senses a power leakage in the equipment and turns off the main power supply.
The electrical circuit is shut off, preventing the user from being electrocuted.

Sensor anomaly detection

An alarm will sound and stop operation if the temperature sensor fails.
Instruments crucial for temperature control prevent equipment from running out of control.

Heater room over-rise prevention device

An alarm will sound and stop operation when the current level drops due to a broken heater or other reason.

Fan motor malfunction

If a malfunction occurs in the blower motor, the motor and temperature control will stop and the heater circuit will be shut off, preventing the risk of fire and other hazards.

In-board thermostat

Operates when the temperature inside the switchboard rises abnormally
It protects the electrical components of the device from heat.
This prevents damage and improves long-term device reliability.

Recording meters and temperature monitoring sensors

GMP requires reliable temperature monitoring and recording of the sterilization process.
ESTERI supports the addition of recorders and temperature sensors, allowing for constant monitoring and recording of the interior temperature.
By accurately understanding driving conditions and obtaining highly reliable data, we contribute to strengthening quality control.

Added indicator light

Even if you are far away, you can still see the status of the device at a glance.
Adding indicator lights helps ensure smooth operation.

Unpainted finish

When installing in a cleanroom, it is important to reduce dust generation from the equipment.
ESTERI supports unpainted stainless steel finishes, minimizing the generation of paint-related contact elements.
It contributes to ensuring high cleanliness in accordance with the level of a clean environment.
