EFV Series

The top-of-the-line autoclave model chosen by pharmaceutical companies

The EFV is a high-end model equipped with a vacuum pump for degassing.

It ensures reliable vapor penetration even for sterilized materials that tend to retain air, such as hollow materials and porous materials.

Furthermore, the addition of a drying function contributes to improving process efficiency after sterilization.

We consistently handle the sterilization and drying of objects that were previously considered difficult, such as jarfer mentors, elongated tubes, and dust-free clothing/masks, providing a higher level of sterilization quality and reliability.

Air venting using a vacuum pump
(Pre-vacuum function)

A vacuum pump forcibly removes air from inside the can.
It maximizes vapor permeability, ensuring reliable sterilization.

Extensive program features

Equipped with programs for handling liquids, equipment, and waste, sterilization can be easily performed by anyone.

Interactive interface

The LCD panel allows for easy operation by anyone with minimal keystrokes.

Double locking mechanism

It protects workers with a safety design that allows the footer to be unlocked only when the temperature and pressure are within a safe range.

Vacuum drying function

By creating a vacuum inside the can to lower the boiling point, the water droplets become more easily vaporized, resulting in more efficient drying.

Air release using a vacuum pump (pre-vacuum)

Are you having trouble sterilizing complex shapes?
When it comes to sterilization, it's important to "remove the air."
By forcibly removing the air from the cans using a vacuum pump and replacing it with steam, EFV enabled the sterilization of complex shapes such as porous filters, endoscopic instruments, and gerfermenters that could not be processed in typical autoclaves.

Vacuum drying function

In drying, it is important to "effectively steam the water droplets."
EFV reduces the pressure inside the can using a vacuum pump, lowering the boiling point inside the can to approximately 60℃ and promoting efficient water evaporation.
This achieves a high level of drying efficiency, and since the entire process from sterilization to drying can be completed with the touch of a button, it contributes to shortening work time and improving on-site efficiency.

Interactive interface

The interactive interface on the LCD screen allows anyone to set driving conditions without making any mistakes.
This reduces rework caused by conditions being set incorrectly.
Additionally, you can check in detail the settings such as temperature, pressure, and process, as well as the operating conditions.

Recording and managing driving data (optional)

Are you experiencing the hassle of using sterile data?
This reduces rework caused by conditions being set incorrectly.
You can connect the sterilizer to a PC and record the temperature, pressure, and time while it's running using a dedicated application.
Furthermore, by integrating data into Microsoft Excel®and quantitatively verifying it, we support highly accurate sterilization operations.

PC Connection cable Autoclave

Product temperature sensor (optional)

Have you ever struggled with setting a sterilization timer?
Sterilized materials such as liquids and solids do not transfer heat well and reach the sterilization temperature later than the displayed temperature. This is called 『sterilization time lag』.
With a product temperature sensor, a timer is started when the sterilized items reach temperature, efficiently maintaining the effective sterilization time and ensuring safe and reliable sterilization.

1. Liquid “open”

It is suitable for sterilizing liquids in containers such as flasks, beakers, and vial bottles.
The purpose is to prepare sterile water, sterilize liquid media such as LB medium, NB medium, TSB medium, BHI medium, and EC broth, buffer solutions, physiological saline, and other liquid samples, or to keep them warm after sterilization.

2. Liquid “sealed”

It is suitable for sterilizing liquids in containers such as flasks, beakers, and vial bottles, which are capped with cotton or sponge stoppers.
The purpose is to prepare sterile water, sterilize or sterilize liquid media such as LB medium, NB medium, TSB medium, BHI medium, and EC broth, buffer solutions, physiological saline, and other liquid samples, and keep them warm.

3. Instruments

It is suitable for sterilizing complex instruments and other instruments with complex shapes that tend to retain air.
It is intended for the reliable sterilization of glass instruments, porcelain, metal instruments, silicone rubber, plastics, paper or textiles, as well as jarfermenters, endoscopic instruments, surgical instruments, filter cartridges, dust-free clothing, etc.
Furthermore, it can handle drying after sterilization, enabling efficient operation.

4. waste

It is suitable for sterilizing waste contaminated with microorganisms, cells, etc.
This product is intended for sterilizing mixed products such as used culture media, cleaning wastewater, pipette tips, petri dishes, and paper towels and wipes used for blotting, placed in sterile disposal bags or stainless steel containers.

5. Dissolution

Suitable for killing common bacteria at 75 ~85℃.
The purpose is to treat at 100℃ or less, and to keep sterilized powder culture media warm to prevent coagulation.
Furthermore, by pre-running this process using a calendar timer and keeping the equipment warm, the subsequent sterilization operation time can be further reduced.

6. Additional drying

After operation is complete, it will be used as an aid in case of insufficient drying.

Futa Interlock System - Futa Open/Close Detection

It features a sliding lever one-touch lock, ensuring both operability and safety.
If the footer is not securely locked, you will not be able to start driving.
It also features a double-locking mechanism that cannot be unlocked until the temperature and pressure are reduced.

Anti-firing function

If there is a water shortage, an alarm will sound and the system will automatically shut off.
This prevents overheating due to dry lighting and ensures the safety of the equipment and its users.

Ground fault breaker

Senses a power leakage in the equipment and turns off the main power supply.
It activates in the event of a water leak or electrical component failure, preventing electric shock to the user.

Vacuum pump protection circuit

It is equipped with protective features to maintain stable operation of the vacuum pump.
It automatically shuts off the power during overloads, preventing pump damage and improving long-term device reliability.

Temperature and pressure prevention function

An alarm will sound and heating will stop if the can temperature exceeds the set temperature and pressure while driving.
This can easily occur if too much sterile material is packed into the container.

Sensor break detection

An alarm will sound and stop operation if the temperature sensor fails.
Instruments crucial for temperature control prevent equipment from running out of control.

Pressure safety valve

It prevents the pressure from rising by allowing steam from inside the can to escape when the pressure rises to an abnormal level. This is a dual safety device that activates in the unlikely event that the electrical safety device malfunctions and the equipment goes out of control.

Product temperature sensor

The core temperature of the sterilized material rises later than the temperature of the can body. For example, 1 liter of liquid needs to reach 121℃ 10 minutes after the device reaches 121℃.
By positioning the tip of the product temperature sensor at the center of the liquid, not only can the liquid temperature be monitored, but "product temperature mode operation" is also possible, in which the timer starts counting down when the liquid reaches the set temperature.
This ensures that multiple types of sterilization under different conditions can be performed.

Recording and management of driving data

Are you experiencing the hassle of using sterile data?
